Returns

ANTEPRIMA has a 14 days return policy: make sure you request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of receiving your order, and then send your item(s) back to us within 7 days after receiving your RMA number.

ANTEPRIMA WIREBAG is handcrafted and due to the unique nature of its material, bag shape, texture, size, thickness and length of handle may vary according to its content.

Do not put excessively heavy objects into the bag as it may damage the handle and distort the shape.

Clean it with damp cloth, then leave to dry indoor.

Do not dry directly under sunlight or expose the bag to extreme temperatures or flames.

Please keep it in the protective bag provided when not in use.
